- Structure of investment activities: Advice on the investor’s possibility of obtaining an investment registration certificate and available options of an appropriate form of investment such as business cooperation contract, joint venture company and 100% foreign capital company.
- Licensing: Draft and preparation of all necessary documents for a project’s investment registration, contacting Vietnam’s competent authority agencies for investment registration certificate issuance and supporting completion of all procedures after licensing.
