- Representing a Japanese company in a dispute over a device debt and enforcing a Vietnamese court ruling;
- Representing a French bank branch in a dispute over credit conditions and enforcement of a Vietnamese court’s judgment;
- Advising an insurance company (VN) on settlement and implementation of 02 lending trust contracts with SHB and SEABANK (2009);
- Structure and completion of loan procedures of about VND 2,000 billion through the Hoa Binh Building Project (2011);
- Support Maritime Bank in negotiation to restructure of VND 437 billion loan through term deposit contract between the two companies deposited at Tin Nghia Bank; VND 300 billion loan through 01 fixed term deposit contract between 01 company deposited at SCB (2011);
- Consulting and establishing contracts related to a loan of about VND 2,200 billion between a financial company and Thien Thanh Group (2012);
- Consulting and representing the Lucky Star Real Estate Joint Stock Company in negotiating and drafting a contract to buy and sell convertible bonds worth over VND 300 billion with Dong Son General Investment Joint Stock Company (2009);
- Consulting and representing Mekong Delta Housing Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MHB) – Hanoi Branch in relation to a number of credit contracts, mortgages and guarantees;
- Advising and representing an insurance company in dealing with collaterals for a bond loan with total value of VND 500 billion;
- Advising an insurance company on the handling of monetary amounts within the internal Corporation;
- Advising and representing Phuc Vinh Company, Thinh Phat Company and Hung Yen Company in a lawsuit against Huynh Thi Huyen Nhu and her accomplice in a fraud of deposit misappropriation in payment accounts and deposit accounts;
- Advising on the legality of cash flows inside and outside the companies of corporation such as VID, TNG.
