Son Tran is a corporate finance lawyer who obtained LLB at Hanoi National University in 1993 and Bachelor of Economics at National Economics University of Vietnam in 1999. Subsequently he has obtained a LLM at Melbourne Law School – Australia under Australian Government Scholarship in 2008. As an outstanding legal expert, he has attended many professional skills courses at law schools in United States, Australia, UK and New Zealand. 

Son Tran joins KIBLAF after 17-year experience in working as Director of Legal Affairs, Internal Control at a leading Securities company. Prior to that, he worked as a Legal Expert for Department General of Posts and Telecommunications, the Ministry of Information and Communications, and a Senior Legal Expert Office of the Government. Son has a strong emphasis on Capital Market, Securities, Bond and M&A. He has advised developers on the structuring and implementation of many large-scale investment projects and lending institutions financing them. He has also advised securities companies on merger and acquisitions, finance transactions, joint venture, business cooperation.
