Mr. Thuong has extensive experience in trade and investment consulting, with a particular focus on large – scale M&A deals in Viet Nam. He previously worked as the head of legal team for the Vietnamese Government’s negotiating delegation in FTAs between Viet Nam/ASEAN and the partners.

In addition, Mr. Thuong has excellent relationships with the government and its ministry such as the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the Ministry of Construction,… as well as the Vietnamese court system.
